Please read these terms carefully. By accessing or using the Lets Fly Travel website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

info1. About Our Service

Lets Fly Travel provides a flight search and booking intermediary service. We source flight data and fares via third-party providers (including Google Flights data via the SerpAPI service) and connect travelers with airline reservations processed by licensed travel agents. We act as an intermediary — the contract of carriage is between you and the airline.

search2. Flight Search & Pricing

  • Fares displayed are sourced from live airline data and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.
  • Fares may change between the time of search and the time of booking due to airline availability.
  • We do not guarantee that the fare shown will be available until a booking has been confirmed by our agents.

book_online3. The Booking Process

By submitting a booking request you agree that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age and authorized to make the booking on behalf of all passengers.
  • All passenger details entered are accurate and match the relevant travel documents (passport/ID).
  • Your booking request constitutes an offer to purchase the specified fare, which must be confirmed by our agents before a contract is formed.
  • You will receive a confirmation email upon submission and an e-ticket within 24 hours of agent confirmation.

credit_card4. Payment & Authorisation

  • By providing your payment card details, you authorise Lets Fly Travel to charge the total fare displayed at checkout upon confirmation of your booking.
  • Your card will not be charged until our agents have confirmed the availability of your selected flight(s).
  • If your selected fare is no longer available, you will be notified and no charge will be made. We may offer an alternative fare.
  • All payments are processed securely and in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

cancel5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the individual airline and fare class booked.
  • Non-refundable fares will not be refunded upon cancellation.
  • Refundable fares may be subject to airline-imposed cancellation fees.
  • To request a cancellation, contact our support team as soon as possible at info@letsfly-travel.com.
  • Service fees charged by Lets Fly Travel are non-refundable.

  • Date or route changes to confirmed bookings are subject to airline fare rules and availability.
  • Change fees may apply, as determined by the airline.
  • Name corrections must be reported within 24 hours of booking. Name changes after ticketing may not be permitted.

person7. Passenger Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring all passengers hold valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) required for their journey.
  • You are responsible for checking in on time and complying with all airline rules and regulations.
  • Lets Fly Travel is not liable for denied boarding, missed flights, or other issues resulting from inadequate documentation or failure to comply with airline requirements.

warning8. Limitation of Liability

Lets Fly Travel acts as an intermediary between travelers and airlines. We are not responsible for:

  • Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes made by the airline.
  • Loss of baggage or damage to personal property.
  • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our service.

Our maximum liability to you in any circumstances is limited to the amount paid for the booking in question.

  • You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our services.
  • Automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction from our site without written consent is prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user violating these terms.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
