Rules and Regulations for Cancellation/ Refund/ Future Credit
In case customers decide to cancel their tickets, they need to call the customer support team and provide full information for verification.
In the case of non-refundable tickets, some airline offers future credit that can be availed by the customer within the validity of the ticket by paying airline penalties and fare difference (if any).
In case of a refundable ticket, the customer needs to call us at least 24 hours before the flight departure time and make a refund request. However, a refund would be processed after the deduction of cancellation fees.
If a refund is requested on or after the flight date, in that case customer becomes a NO SHOW and the ticket remains non-refundable.
Please be advised, that if a customer becomes a NO SHOW for the outbound trip, the entire ticket becomes non-refundable. Hence, in that case customer can exchange the ticket by paying the airline penalty, NO SHOW fees, and fare difference and reschedule their flight to a future date.
Please be advised that once cancellation and refund requests have been processed, they cannot be reversed.
